Tlou Energy Limited is developing a Coal Bed Methane (CBM) gas-fired power generation business in sub-Saharan Africa and aiming to become a major power producer in the region.

The 100% owned and operated Lesedi Power Project (“Lesedi”) is located in Botswana’s Central District, has independently certified gas reserves, a production licence and all key government approvals in place.

Lesedi has direct access to the national power grid and the Southern African Power Pool, a vast market with a growing need for reliable power.

The project is one of the most advanced CBM projects in the region and as ideally placed to take advantage of the market demand to grow rapidly and make a return for investors.

Tlou’s project is in a region of high solar incidence with solar power being considered along with ancillary projects such as Data Centre development, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cryptocurrencies.
